Naquia Pithawala

I became the member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 2021 by securing an All-India Rank 46 in CA-Intermediate and Distinction in CA-Final Examination. I have gathered three years’ experience in the field of Direct/ Indirect Taxation and Audit, working as an Articled Assistant with M/s. Anil Kamal Garg & Company, a renowned Chartered Accountants firm in Indore – Madhya Pradesh (India). During this period, I had participated in various programs conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and had also presented a paper on the Topic 'Deeming Provisions of Income Tax: A Tool for easier Tax Compliance or a Tool to Extend Tax Tyranny' during the Technical Session of Direct Tax in National Conference in 2019 held by CICASA, Indore at CIRC of ICAI. Currently, I am practicing as a Chartered Accountant under the firm name M/s. Naquia Pithawala & Co., providing consultancy services in Income Tax, GST and other Indirect taxes, auditing and assurance. I am so grateful of all the teachers and staff who taught us. #Always a proud Raphaelite.
